DR Air & Heat Services is outstanding. We had a bit of a problem with our thermostat which meant the house was a miserable 88 degrees at some points. DR Air & Heat was my 4th call after 6pm, the gentleman I spoke to was helpful, kind and checked to see if one of the guys was able to swing by and take a look. So, after about a half an hour a very polite, knowledgable, kind young man arrived. *I'm sorry I can't remember his name, it was so hot I couldn't think*. He was able to get our system up and running in no time at all, even after he had already had a very long hot day. The fee was very reasonable and the guy was an absolute gem. I will be happy to recommend these folks anytime someone asks. And thank you, DR Air & Heat for helping out strangers in a hot mess.

Had a great experience with these guys today. My AC blower motor went out yesterday afternoon. I talked to them at 8:30 am today, part was ordered, picked up and tech on way in a flash. Arrived at 11:45. All up and running by 1:30. Best experience. Reasonable price. They are getting all my future business. ❤️

Amazing and Awesome called at 3:30pm and by 4:30pm same day my A.C. issues was fixed for a very good price!! Professional and knowledgeable & before leaving the technician even provided the information needed for home owners insurance claim. Thank you so much!!

Air conditioning stopped working on a Wednesday. David sent out a technician that afternoon to confirm the compressor was bad. The next day a crew of 3 came out in late afternoon and installed a new A/C unit (old one was 28 yo) and a new furnace (old one was 30 yo). I stuck with RUUD/Rheem due to good experiences. The crew was efficient (3 hours to do both installs), the A/C is working great with cooler air and more forceful blowing, and they briefly checked the furnace operation also. My old unit was a 10 SEER operating probably at a 7 efficiency lately and my new unit is a 14.3 SEER. I found everyone polite from the owner to the workers, addressed my needs, and answered my questions. I still use my old thermostat which is Honeywell programmable while the one they gave me was Honeywell non-programmable. And BTW, David said I probably would raise my thermostat a degree or so with the new unit, and I did without any loss of comfort. Finally, the price was the best I found.

Excellent at finding out what the problem was with our air conditioner!! Took a couple of visits, but they were right there til the end, now we have cold air at a very affordable price. Can not recommend them enough!!
